*In the thermal water pools with 32°-34 °C heated water, children under 14 years of age are allowed access only from 10.00 am to 12.00 noon and must be accompanied by an adult. Children under the age of 3 years are not allowed in the thermal water pools.

- Beauty Center treatments and massages that are not included in the package.
- The anti-stress massage included in the package can be upgraded to a double cabin experience for an additional €10 per couple.
- Tips, extras and anything not specified in "the price includes".
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid directly at the hotel.
